commit before testing new branch stuff off shoring selection to analysis, fixing up fake rate code (need to commit more often...) rm unnecessary TTTSelector and fixed addFile funcitons changed logging to Fireworks version and made changes for PR fixing fake rate things and changing logging a bit (less messages) Add fillHist (run analysis as script) so can rebase

I got lazy and squashed all my commits into one since they are all either
So hopefully, after merging #35, the only changes will be from 3top and thus fairly innocuous to the health of the project and can be merged easy peasy
