Elevators v5.0.0-beta.4

This is a pre-release of Elevators V5, which includes many more features over the previous semantic of the plugin. This semantic features:

• Better optimization
• More elevator actions
• Elevator effects
• Multiple elevator types
• Commented config
• Per elevator customization
• More Protection and Hologram hooks

It should be noted that, while this version does have all of the features of the previous version, some newer features are either incomplete or have not been tested.

Known Features that are not implemented yet:

• Most of the custom action settings per elevator
• Elevator admin command
• Above elevator holograms.
• Cost action

Untested features:

• Protection hook system to block guest usage / per ele customization of hooks
• Holo custom effects

Please note that Config completely changes between V4 and V5. Permissions also change.
