analytical reporting and cartogram with d3.js

for running:

1. clone repository
2. cd folder Cartogram-Tula-region
3. run - npm install for install npm dependencies
4. run - node_modules/.bin/bower install for install bower dependencies
5. for start app - npm start
6. open in browser - http://localhost:8001/app
7. enjoy :)
