same purpose of #157
This PR reload the cache each time the i18n file is changed, using the notify feature already in place.
Note that when i first tested this feature, i was on the COSMIC desktop, which rely heavily on notify, and i got and error about to much file watched.
Then, it worked fine on Gnome.
