To aid with #437 , this script checks what Blocks do not appear to use the RxJS Observer system, which may indicate a potential for state reactivity problems. It correlates the block names as used in the JSON config of Flow's with the Angular Component tag name and the filename of the component. These are output to the console for review, and a file.
