Description

This PR addresses issue #3066 by redesigning the DevRel website to align with modern 2025 design standards. The redesign focuses on creating a contemporary, visually appealing user experience while maintaining the existing folder structure for easy maintenance and consistency.

Key Changes:

• Completely redesigned the landing page with a modern aesthetic
• Implemented pure Tailwind CSS utility classes for all styling (no custom CSS)
• Updated index.html with improved layout and visual hierarchy
• Preserved the original folder structure to ensure compatibility
• Added contemporary design elements including improved spacing, typography, and color schemes

Note: One testimonial image was unavailable and has been left as-is for now. This can be updated in a follow-up PR once the image is provided.
