Updated multiple deps to latest versions

Note

Modernizes build configuration in build.gradle.

  • Bumps plugins: com.android.tools.build:gradle 8.13.0 -> 8.13.2, android-junit5 1.13.4.0 -> 2.0.0, ktlint-gradle 13.0.0 -> 14.0.1
  • Updates task paths to use rootProject.layout.buildDirectory and layout.buildDirectory in clean and packageDoc
