Bio::Tiny::Range defines an object which converts 5'/3' ends to upper and lower
range, with the strand property. It has evolved to allow several comparison
methods as well.

INSTALLATION

To install this module, run the following commands:

    perl Build.PL
    ./Build
    ./Built test
    ./Build install
