RG-Command-Center is a tool designed for people working in real estate across Canada. It helps you keep track of deals, commissions, contacts, and your workflow in one place. The app uses local data to provide powerful features like deal scoring, GPS maps for properties, a CRM to manage your contacts, and a visual pipeline showing your progress on deals. It also pulls data from several sources so you can make smarter decisions.
The name comes from three creators: Ricki, Amit, and Gary.
Before installing, make sure your Windows computer meets these needs:
- Windows 10 or later
- At least 4 GB of RAM
- 500 MB free disk space
- Stable internet connection (for data updates and map features)
- Screen resolution of 1024x768 or higher
- No special software needed ahead of time

This section will help you download and run RG-Command-Center on your Windows computer. No technical knowledge is needed.

Click the big green button at the top or visit the releases page here:

On the releases page, look for the latest version. The file should have a name ending with
.exeor.msi. This is the installer. -
Click the file name to download it. Your browser may ask to save or run the file — choose "Save" if you want to install later, or "Run" to start installing now.

Once downloaded, open the installer by double-clicking the file.

Follow the installation steps on screen:
- Accept the license terms.
- Choose the destination folder or keep the default.
- Click Install.

After installation completes, launch the application from your desktop shortcut or the Start menu.
When you open the app for the first time:
- Enter your name and contact details (optional but recommended for CRM use).
- Set your preferred measurement units (metric or imperial).
- Connect your email or phone number for updates and alerts.
- The app may take a moment to download maps and local data.
- Click the New Deal button on the main dashboard.
- Fill in details such as property address, price, client name, and deal stage.
- Use the score indicator to see a suggested value for your deal.
- Open the GPS Map tab.
- All active deals appear as pins. Click a pin for details.
- Go to the CRM tab.
- Add contacts by clicking New Contact.
- Enter names, phone numbers, emails, and notes.
- Open the Pipeline section.
- Drag deals between stages like "Lead," "In Negotiation," and "Closed."
- Go to the Commission Tracking tab to see expected earnings.
- Add or update commissions manually if needed.
RG-Command-Center updates occasionally with new features or fixes.

Run the installer and follow the prompts. Your data will not be lost during updates.

Installer will not run
Make sure you have administrative rights on your computer. Right-click the installer and choose "Run as administrator." -
App won’t open after install
Restart your computer and try again. -
Maps do not load
Check your internet connection. The app needs to download map data. -
Data seems missing or incorrect
Use the refresh option in settings to sync data again. -

RG-Command-Center stores your data locally on your computer. Data related to deals, contacts, and commissions is not shared unless you export or share files yourself. The app uses secure connections when updating maps and pulling external data.
