Removes [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependencies [qs](https://github.com/ljharb/qs), [node-sass](https://github.com/sass/node-sass) and [sass-loader](https://github.com/webpack/sass-loader). These dependencies need to be updated together.
