Add repository structure for Qiita markdown articles

Set up repository structure for managing Linux 0.01 re-documentation markdown files intended for Qiita publication.

Changes

• README.md: Added repository description, directory structure, article writing guidelines, and reference links (Japanese)
• articles/: Created dedicated directory for Qiita article markdown files with .gitkeep for tracking

Usage

Add new markdown files to articles/ following Qiita markdown format:

articles/
