Explicitly enable platforms

Platform and other hardware specific settings have to be enabled explicitly instead of being set by default

Basic strarting point

Problem: Could not use library as dependency under windows

Reason: Windows git implementation does not support symbolic links
Solution: Use a build script wich sets the include paths dynamically
