Kody Abbott

Senior Cloud Engineer. MSc Cybersecurity. Ranch kid turned cloud architect turned whatever comes next.

I grew up on a cattle ranch in Duchesne, Utah, taught myself to build websites before I had reliable internet, got a degree in hospitality, managed 5-star resorts, then pivoted to tech 15 years ago. Today I build cloud infrastructure, hold seven certs across AWS, GCP, and CompTIA, and run a 10G home network for fun.

Currently deep in agentic engineering and AI agent safety research -- evaluating NVIDIA DGX/enterprise AI infrastructure and studying how capability combinations create risk in autonomous systems.
