Used Ben's rewritten non spatial and spatial sweep scripts in #25 and added factor of two to selective coefficient when selection is based on fecundity. In short, this is to ensure combined selective coefficient stays the same for two different mechanisms of selection (mortality or fecundity). We explain the mathematics behind it in the manuscript.
