…ut weren't committed to the repo. Added a new minimal environment for current version of raytracing. Tried to remove some of the hard-coded paths to Aniket's version of the code Added some more LD_LIBRARY_PATH management to deal with Matlab's versions of standard libraries needed by python code, missing libraries due to not fully setting conda environment. Forced device to cpu as the code was failing because some stuff had device='cuda' and some device='cpu' and the code was throwing errors. We should go back through and fix these bugs
