To become a member you have to signup and take a JavaScript test. As a member you can add edit and delete your posts but as an admin u can delete the post of others To become an admin you have to answer 10 JavaScript question within 3 mins If you fail the admin test you have to wait 3 days to take the test again There is also a small bit of caching to prevent too many calls to the database
