💡 What: Added strict checks for prefers-reduced-motion before triggering navigator.vibrate for haptic feedback across several interactive components (Contact Form, Back-to-Top button, Hero CTAs).
🎯 Why: Triggering haptic feedback for users who have explicitly requested reduced motion in their OS settings can cause discomfort or distress for individuals with sensory sensitivities or vestibular disorders.
♿ Accessibility: Fully complies with user motion preferences by silencing non-essential physical feedback if prefers-reduced-motion: reduce is active. Caches MediaQueryList where possible to optimize event listener performance without triggering layout thrashing.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 17112679708880417126 started by @kuasar-mknd

Ensured all `navigator.vibrate` calls strictly respect the user's OS-level motion preferences by checking `!window.matchMedia("(prefers-reduced-motion: reduce)").matches`.
