Release 8: Maintenance

This is a maintenance release that primarily addresses missing documentation. There are no actual code changes in this release.

Release 7

With the recent release of Curie-11, the icemake build system is no longer available; this release of Duat now uses the new makefile-based build system provided by the current Git versions of Curie.

This release also incorporates a few minor bug fixes and various internal updates and cleanups.
