Just GM - makes gifs from photos in private messages

1. This bot is written in python with disnake library
2. This is the first bot I wrote together with Genes1us
3. The bot was originally created for the Minecraft server INLESS, but the server closed, so I decided to rename it to Just GM.

Use with docker

Modify example.env and change it to .env, then write the commands:

1. docker build -t just-gm-bot .
2. docker run --env-file .env just-gm-bot
