Add three custom agents (code-reviewer, goal-planner, health-check) and four session hooks (session-context, pre-compact-handoff, post-edit-reminder, commit-validator). Register all hooks in settings.json. Fix code-reviewer to reference rules that exist in this repo instead of core-brain paths. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
The LLM-based prompt hook for the Stop event was unreliable. Replace it with stop-progress-check.sh that checks progress.md modification time (10-minute threshold) when an active goal exists. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
