1. Pre-compile
- Download and install
http://pyyaml.org/download/libyaml/yaml-0.1.4.tar.gz

- Download and install
http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmlrpc-c/files/Xmlrpc-c%20Super%20Stable/

- Also
sudo yum install libxml2-devel

- On Ubuntu
sudo apt-get install libyaml-dev  libxmlrpc-c-dev libxml2-dev libxmlrpc-c++4-dev

- For 64-bit system, you may need to
cp -rf /usr/local/lib/libyaml* /usr/lib64/
cp -rf /usr/local/lib/libxmlrpc* /usr/lib64/

- ulimit -s 65536


2. To compile
./configure
make


3. Create config file
cat > /usr/local/etc/mxtce.config.yaml

4. To run
cd the_directory_with_topology_ad_files
/usr/local/mxtce-sw/src/main/mxtce -d


5. To test:
cat  pcs-request1.xml | curl -X POST -H 'Content-type: text/xml' -d @-  http://oingo.dragon.maxgigapop.net:8081/geni/xmlrpc

6. Watch log
tail -f /var/log/mxtce.log
