- marc is now able to be run as a python function from arguments without using the command line.
- Code is able to run on a new version of numpy (1.26.4 when written) instead of the outdated scipy/numpy that is currently required.
…mand line, updated outdated scipy usage to use newer numpy, and updated version number.
