Pull Request so Points Can Have Individual Colors on the Chart

Hi Leszek!

We are a team building an app to help people track their health data, and we would like to be able to use your hellocharts library in our project.

We needed our points to be able to be different individual colors, and so we made some small changes to make that possible in this pull request.

Now, hellocharts chart renderers can take points that are individually colored. Each PointValue can have a color of its own. Points without set colors are colored the pointColor defined on the Line that contains that point. We also have an example app that you can run to see how the changes work.
