- set first import date = flag color
- ask for confirmation, then import csv directly via api
- set purple flag on last imported transaction
- Add localstorage for settings (api key, flag color)
- maybe remember file name partials that correspond to account name and save that so next time you import "2025-10-13 MyLocalBank.csv" it knows which budget/account to use
