pjass release 2025-10-05

Last binary release was 6f64950 from over 4 years ago. So let's try this "github" relase thing.
Most important change is that blizzard changed their scoping rules for jass in order to add more natives in a backward compatible way. Pjass needs to capture this of course. Otherwise just a bunch more checks and bug fixes.
