Adds 81 new tests across 7 files covering previously untested code in packages/tui: pure theme utility functions, ObserverAdapter lifecycle (discover, kill, polling, dispose), and 5 Ink components rendered via ink-testing-library (ErrorBanner, BottomBar, SessionTile, Dashboard, FocusView).
