Make all Commands methods use IRepository for consistency.

Seems like the following line makes it impossible to use IRepository since it does not have a Handle property.

libgit2sharp/LibGit2Sharp/Commands/Fetch.cs

Line 40 in 7fc4be5

using (var remoteHandle = RemoteFromNameOrUrl(repository.Handle, remote))

Ideas for how to resolve this would be appreciated.
