- Added justfile and rust-just dependency. just is a drop-in cross-platform replacement for make and is available on PyPI. - Added Python version of the shell script `run_fullstack.sh` so that it can be executed on all Python compatible platforms. - Updated docs with references to `make` and `Makefile` replaced with `just` and `justfile`, respectively. - Added github workflow for running webui tests using vite.
Added additional test status badges for Core-logic/Web-API and Web-UI.
