- Update last_updated_note to reflect the rc.1 → rc.4 dry-run outcome (G-2/G-3/G-5/G-7 closed; G-1 Sentry-half closed; G-8..G-14 closed; Apple Developer enrollment is the only remaining gate). - Disambiguate the two "## Status Update 2026-05-06" sections by renaming the earlier (verification) one to "(pre-dry-run / verification)"; the appended one is already "(post-dry-run)". - Add `reports:` frontmatter pointing at the dry-run final report so future readers can find the post-dry-run authoritative state from the doc's metadata, not just by scrolling.
