feat(transforms): update answer type config, new examples

• update the API client libs (from API changes in https://app.graphite.com/github/pr/lightning-rod-labs/llm_forecasting/1129)
• add test notebooks for different answer types (these are primarily meant for testing, but we could also use them for documentation purposes)
• add util functions for building question examples (clearer what info the example should have for different answer types, according to our best practises)
