This PR adds a
go.modfile with the module namegithub.com/liqpay/sdk-go. This is needed to help developers who use Go modules (likely everyone) to import this package. Additionally, the package will have documentation on https://pkg.go.dev/github.com/liqpay/sdk-go.I chose
1.18as the minimum supported version because the most modern Go version is 1.24. It's unlikely that someone is using a Go version older than 1.18.See also https://go.dev/doc/modules/developing.
