This PR

  • adds a preliminary dfem interface to serac as a GPU-capable alternative to Functional
  • adds tests including 1) a dfem vs functional comparison of residual calcs, 2) a test of a dfem lumped mass operator, and 3) a test with an explicit dynamics example using dfem
