Explanation

Main changes:

• Updated sync actions to match new interfacing of LiveORC v0.3.0
• Added shutdown / reboot buttons
• Added preflight checks for updates to prevent a user from installing a version that lacks full compatibility
• Added multiple release selection to update page.
• Small change in water level settings model for switching on/off
• Bug fix for time zone display.
