Previously, also title including a colon ":" to indicate the start of the subtitle as well as DOIs with a colon where not treated as literals. Also add another namespace.
- add type to the resource identifiers - handle nameString for agents as well - fix prev relation among the contributors - add contributor identifiers
- convert the local id consisting of a 24-digit hexadecimal number in a string into a 48-digital decimal representation - switch to raw data for most cases (thereby we also have access to the _id field - thereby also fixing the bibliographic entities
Moreover, add the SWB, ZDB, GND IDs as local identification schemes.
Also add some more library identifiers and fix identifier label.
- Use specific data types for year and dates - Use dcterms:relation for a backlink to our id - Use next only for authors but not for publishers etc.
