Daje Approve, ale trzeba sprawdzić czy nie powinnismy dodawac adnotacji ForeignKey. Trzeba przetestować to rozwiązanie, jeśli będzie działać to nie dodajemy. Trzeba to przetestować, najlepiej zrobić metodę która dodaje jeden wiersz w tabeli Appointment z jakimś wymyślonym DoctorPesel i PatientPesel -> jeżeli to przejdzie bez problemu to znaczy ze trzeba dodać adnotacje ForeignKey dla pól kluczy obcych, można według tego schematu http://www.entityframeworktutorial.net/code-first/foreignkey-dataannotations-attribute-in-code-first.aspx
