@lule-ahmedi I came across your work recently and was very interested.
I am the primary maintainer of SWEET, so thought I would send you a pull request to update you usage of the ontologies as applied to hydro bodies!
I also noticed that none of the RPI IRI's e.g. http://tw2.tw.rpi.edu/zhengj3/owl/epa.owl# exist anymore...
