Devido que o projeto tem a pasta raiz com nome diferente da pasta com os códigos python, que é suportado por padrão pelo poetry, conforme as documentação https://python-poetry.org/docs/cli/#new
Portanto foi inserido no arquivo pyproject.toml a seção packages para corrigir, conforme a documentação https://python-poetry.org/docs/pyproject/#packages
