Sometimes we want to have solvent because it depends on the nature of the protein and research question. Furthermore, miners have figured out ways to ensure that they are running optimized pipelines for non-solvent systems. Therefore, we not randomly (50%) chose if we include the solvent or not such that miners can have two different pipelines, if they choose to handle these situations differently (recommended)
