  • test_wrong_code has a deadlock and times out
  • transit: Replace timers and timeouts
  • rendezvous: deal with async_tungstenite
  • offer: replace async_std::fs with smol::fs

This replaces async_std with smol for everything except async_tungstenite, which does not have smol support itself.
