All dependencies were also updated.

A change in the "bosion" crate, which provides build-time information for the verbose version output, means that the dependency tree when building from source is about 300 crates lighter, which should result in ~30-60 seconds faster builds.

Development pace has slowed considerably but Watchexec remains pretty solid, though it has its various longstanding bugs. Contributions are always appreciated. Let's hope 2026 is a good year.
