Copy local zsh completions to cloud workspaces

how do we copy over zsh autocompletions from the user's local computer into cloud workspaces as well. we want to make sure that all of that local setup is available in the cloud workspaces and cloud tasks etc.etc. so that the users are able to use the cloud workspaces just like in their own computer
