This implements verbose logging using Zap by making the following limited changes: 1. Integrates zap structured logger. 2. Instantiates zap across all subcommands and the global command mode. 3. Insert zap DEBUG log statements to duplicate the verbose logging done when --verbose is passed in the global mode. 4. Prints the zap DEBUG logs both the console and to a file.
