Updates the outdated tutorial link from Mantle v1 to the corresponding How-to Guides section in Mantle v2. The previous link pointed to the deprecated /network/for-devs/tutorials, while the updated link (/network/for-developers/how-to-guides) aligns with Mantle v2 documentation.
