deployment issue fixes

• Fixed issues in the file log-analytics.bicep (lab 2) and main.bicep (lab 3) that caused deployment failures.
• Updated deployment script for lab 2. The users will attempt to run the script as a .ps1 file, and not line by line, so it would be better if there are no "do not deploy" lines.
• Additionally: there are places in deployment files where Azure region is hardcoded and some places where the value is taken from the variables file. Might be better if there was a single approach.
