Initial release of luas. The package has been well-tested but only on a limited number of devices/environments. Have currently tested jax>=0.3.17, jaxlib>=0.3.15, pymc>=4.1.7, numpyro>=0.10.1, jaxoplanet>=0.0.1, NumPy>=1.23.3.

Feel free to use but make sure to report if you encounter any issues and on what versions these occur at.
