Merged in localization changes from github user @6DBYZBX, includes both
english and chinese
Replaced toolbar code with the Toolbarcontroller
Added ClickThroughBlocker
Removed buttons referencing specific button (toolbar or stock)
Added button referencing generic toolbar

Note: The project file is customized for my environment, so I did a new branch to avoid polluting your codebase

Would be easier for me to just close this and do a new PR from my master to your development branch.
No offense, but given the lack of response, both here and on the forums, I went ahead and released my version.
If you really want to continue supporting this, then I'll be happy to do a new PR, just let me know. If you do go ahead, then as soon as you release your update, I'll pull mine down

@linuxgurugamer Yeah go ahead create the MR. Sorry for the late reaction, just forgot. I will give you developer access to the repository so you're not as dependant on me. Keep your version up if you want, no harm in some redundancy.
