A little lower down, there are a couple related errors; they're just a little too far for me to be able to comment directly on the diff, so I'll just show it here. The two lines MAKE_CT_TO_QUATERNION(CFLOAT, npy_uint32);
MAKE_CT_TO_QUATERNION(CDOUBLE, npy_uint64);should be MAKE_CT_TO_QUATERNION(CFLOAT, npy_float);
