set martial stances to be defined as refreshable only.
Update to GTK3
forgot to bump version properly from gtk3 update
reverse gtk3 changes for now.
Add --test to login test instance character.
Update GSTest to GST to allow to work on test server.
added cast-proc for encumbrance boost. Added tracking for double experience boost, luck boost, and item supercharger boost.
