v6-beta

What's Changed

Updated persist-credentials to store the credentials under $RUNNER_TEMP instead of directly in the local git config.

This requires a minimum Actions Runner version of v2.329.0 to access the persisted credentials for Docker container action scenarios.

…properly)

The v0.2.1 release was built but customers couldn't actually install
the update — macOS App Sandbox blocks the running app from replacing
its own bundle on disk. Kernel log from the failed install:

  Sandbox: people-partner deny(1) file-write-unlink /Applications/People Partner.app
  Sandbox: people-partner deny(1) mach-lookup com.apple.security.syspolicy.exec
  Sandbox: people-partner deny(1) authorization-right-obtain system.privilege.admin

Tauri's updater catches the resulting error but useUpdateCheck doesn't
surface it to the UI (known UX gap, tracked as #35 / upgraded to #43).
User-visible symptom: "Update Available" button spins, then nothing,
app still on the old version.

Fix:
- Entitlements.plist: remove `com.apple.security.app-sandbox` and the
  sandbox-only helpers (`network.client`, `files.user-selected.read-
  write`, `keychain-access-groups`). Keep hardened-runtime carve-outs
  (cs.allow-jit, cs.allow-unsigned-executable-memory, cs.disable-
library-validation) so notarization continues to accept the build.

- Hardened Runtime remains enabled (it's applied by `tauri build` via
`codesign --options runtime`; it's required for notarization and
  unrelated to App Sandbox).

Threat-model note: App Sandbox isn't load-bearing for our defenses.
Our security posture rests on Keychain (API keys), SQLite at rest
(local data), PII redaction at egress, append-only audit triggers,
and the Tauri IPC allowlist (#19). The kernel sandbox's file-access
gating was never defending against anything in our threat model —
we distribute via Developer ID (not the Mac App Store), and our
threat model explicitly scopes out filesystem-level attacks by the
user themselves.

Rollout reality: existing v0.2.0 installs (including our own test
install) can't auto-update to v0.2.2 because v0.2.0 is sandboxed.
Customers need to manually install v0.2.2 from the DMG once. After
that one-time step, all future versions auto-update normally.
Will be communicated via release notes + (follow-up) email / site
banner — tracked as #41.

v0.2.1 has been deleted from GitHub. latest.json reverted to v0.2.0
so no customer sees a failed "Update Available".
