Update Retrofit2 to v2.7.0

Hi, could we merge this? I'm interested in this because of: https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2018-1000850 |
Because this now depends on Kotlin, we need to use the latest beta of Xamarin.Android.

This was a support package for Kotlin, but now the VS previews support Kotlin better.

Updating all the Retrofit2.* to v2.7.1
Also updating Xamarin.Android to the latest preview for better Kotlin support.
